Our Mission

Hi, I’m Earl!  I have spent over 35 years in executive roles in both the public and private sectors.  I’ve built companies, saved companies, and consulted internationally.  By all societal standards I was quite successful.  But I sucked at life!

When my life came crashing down, I learned all of that was a house of cards.  I was not prepared for what came next.  It was only by the grace of God, family support and hard work; I was able to not only survive but find the best version of me.

Life is full of traps and misconceptions.  As your Life Transformation Strategist, I will help you tap into your full potential, find direction and accomplish your goals.  You were born with unique talents, desires and motivations; allow me to use my experience to help you navigate the storm.
